Frequently asked questions

Everything you may wish to know about partnering with Insert MD.

No. Insert MD is a service and technology platform. We do not practice medicine or dispense medication. All clinical evaluations and prescriptions are handled by independent, licensed providers, and all medications are compounded and dispensed by independently licensed 503A pharmacies.

Gyms, chiropractic offices, med spas, weight-loss clinics, recovery studios, IV lounges, and online coaching programs — any wellness business that wants to add physician-directed peptide and wellness programs under its own brand.

PepPal is the client-facing app you hand to your clients when they start a program. It guides them through intake, tracks progress, lets them request refills and renewals (each one reviewed and approved by the clinician), and connects them to support — making your offering easy to use and easy to present. PepPal is software that supports coordination and engagement; it does not provide medical advice, and all clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers. Learn more at getpeppal.com.

Most partners launch within 24 hours. We white-label the platform, onboard and train your staff, and connect you with independent providers and pharmacy partners so you can begin enrolling clients quickly.

Our network includes independent, licensed physicians licensed across most states (availability depends on the treating clinician's license in your state and is confirmed at intake). Patients are evaluated by a provider licensed in their state, and prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.

You set your own client-facing pricing under your brand. You earn on the services, memberships, and programs you already provide. Medication is paid for by the patient to Insert MD and dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy; your business never buys, holds, or resells medication. We walk through the full economics during your private demo.

Independent providers may prescribe medically appropriate compounded therapies available through partner 503A pharmacies. Specific offerings depend on provider judgment, pharmacy availability, and applicable state and federal regulations. We only support what is legally permitted.
